Abstract

In this special issue of Neotropical Primates we share a compilation of studies on platyrrhines presented at the Joint Congress of the International Primatological Society (IPS) and the Latin American Society of Primatology (SLAPrim) held in Quito, Ecuador, in January 2022. The congress theme “Integrating hemispheres, research and primate conservation in the middle of the world,” summarizes both the objective of the event and its geographical location.
