Arthropod, protozoan and helminth parasites of wild primates have been studied for over 50 years in Venezuela; however, information about them is scattered across various sources. To compile this information, we constructed a database containing records for the country obtained from electronic bibliographic searches and from queries into parasitological collections, to form a list containing 36 species of parasites (mites with 6 spp., lice with 3 spp., fleas with 1 sp., Protozoa with 7 spp. Trematodes with 2 spp., cestodes with 2 spp., Nematodes with 14 spp., and Acantocephalus with 1 spp.) We provide data on 12 of the 16 primate species described for Venezuela. This is the first data compilation of arthropod, protozoan and helminth parasites of primates in Venezuela.
